WORKSHOP WITH STUDENTS ON HOLIDAY JOB

Students engaged under the Bamenda III Council holiday job program have benefited from a specialized workshop on waste management, organized by The Empire Group Limited. The training, which took place at the Bamenda III Council Hall, aimed to equip the young workers with practical knowledge on sanitation, environmental protection, and proper waste disposal practices within the Municipality. Facilitators from The Empire Group Limited took participants through key topics including: types and sources of waste in urban communities, Proper collection, sorting, and disposal methods. The role of youth in keeping Bamenda III clean, Health and environmental impacts of poor waste management Community sensitization and civic responsibility.
