Following the Upcoming cultural Festival slated to start from November 26, all interested well-constituted cultural Dance groups, craftsmen and women, traditional fashion designers, fine and graphic artists, musicians, models for Miss FEHACU contest, comedians, poets, spoken word Acts, theater troops, etc resident in Bamenda III Municipality should visit the Council any working day within working hours for registration.
