Flood At Below Foncha

The Youths, fathers, mothers of below Foncha were all out today morning to carry out community work in the river close to the newly constructed market. This community has suffered flood for the pass few days. The people complained their properties were destroyed and as a result of this, many inhabitants left their homes to neighboring quarters. It has been noticed that citizens dump plastic bottles and cans in the river and this has been the cause of the flood. The Mayor and the Second Deputy Mayor for the Bamenda III Council were present, looking forward to remedy the situation.
