Birth Declaratory Judgments

The public is hereby informed that henceforth the following documents shall be required to obtain a Birth Declaratory Judgement. 

  • hosptal delivery card.
  • school attendance attestation
  • Certificate of enquiry from the Legal Department where the child whose age is being declared is more than 15 years old. Application for the Certificate Enquiry shall be forwarded t the legal department through the registry.
  • Any other documents attesting to the date of birth of the child whose age is being declared.
