The treasury of the Bamenda III Council operates in two dimensions;

1. Revenue collection (income)
2. Payment of expense ( expenditure)

The Council revenue comes from global taxes, business licenses, additional Council tax, market tolls, direct council tax, building  permits, stamp duties, parking fees, quarry fees, advertising fee and FEICOM
