PROCEDURE TO CARRY OUT A BUILDING PERMIT PLAN

3 | Optaintion of the building permit form and issuance of TPC | BCC | DUD secretariat office at BCC |
4 | Composition of a building permit file | Architect/ draft man and civil Engineering firm | Submit plans in four copies in conformity with the norms of TPC. Documents consist of: -site and situation plans of the project -Foundation plans -floor plans -Electrical plans -cross section -views (front, rare, and sides) -details of septic tank -quantitative/cost estimate of the project. -technical specifications -Engineering studies for all storey buildings -Geotechnical service for buildings of two floors and above. N.B All structural calculations,building plans for building of one floor and above |
